RESOLUTION NO. 2002-361
AWARDING BID FOR EXPANDING PARKING
AT THE CITY ICE CENTER
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for parking expansion at the Ice Center on
Tuesday, August 6, 2002; and
WHEREAS, four bids were received; and
WHEREAS, the low bid was received from F.M. Frattalone Excavating and Grading, in
the amount of $275,297; and
WHEREAS, the estimated bid is within the project budget,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the bid for the constriction of additional parking at the Plymouth Ice Center is hereby
awarded to F.M. Frattalone Excavating and Grading in the amount of $275,297.
Adopted by the City Council on August 13, 2002.
