RESOLUTION NO. 2002-359
Permitting the Hennepin County Housing and Redevelopment Authority to
Participate in the Stone Creek Village Project being built by Dominium
Development
WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HCHRA) in
Resolution No. 24-HCHRA-01R1 has approved the use of a $400,000 Affordable
Housing Incentive Fund loan for the Stone Creels Village Apartment project, contingent
upon the City of Plymouth's consent to the HCHRA's participation in the project; and
WHEREAS, Staff has reviewed the Stone Creels Village Apartment project and has
determined that it is consistent with the goals of the City of Plymouth and the Plymouth
Comprehensive Plan adopted in 2000; and
WHEREAS, the Stone Creels Village Apartment project will increase the supply of
affordable housing in the City of Plymouth by providing 34 units of affordable housing;
and
WHEREAS, the loan from the HCHRA will complete the financing required for the
project to go forward.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the participation of the Hennepin County Housing and
Redevelopment Authority in the project is hereby approved.
