RESOLUTION 2002-354
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR LOT 1, BLOCK 2, PLYMOUTH HILLS,
LOCATED AT 15505 37TH AVENUE NORTH (2002084)
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by John Day Company, that requests approval of
a lot division to create two lots from Lot 1, Block 2, Plymouth Hills, located at 15505 37t'
Avenue North, as legally described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a
part hereof,
and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the lot division is sought is as legally
described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot
division for John Day Company, subject to the following conditions:
1. This approval is for a lot division of Lot 1, Block 2, Plymouth Hills, located at 15505
37"' Avenue North, in accordance with the plans received by the City on July 2, 2002.
2. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 13"' day of August, 2002.

Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof, lying West of the
East 252.50 feet of said lot.
