APPROVAL OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT
COUNTY ROAD 101 IMPROVEMENTS
3225 COUNTY ROAD 101
CITY PROJECT 9005
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a revised listing agreement by Resolution 2002-300 on June
25, 2002, that Bedrock Real Estate list and sell the property at 3225 County Road 101; and
WHEREAS, the revised listing price of $174,900 was approved by Resolution 2002-300; and
WHEREAS, Bedrock Real Estate's selling commission for this transaction is 3.9%; and
WHEREAS, Jesus Diaz offered $181,000, an amount above the listing price; and
WHEREAS, a purchase agreement has been prepared between the City and Jesus Diaz and said
purchase agreement has been signed by the buyer and it is recommended for approval to the City
Council; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the purchase agreement for the property at 3225 County
Road 101 between the City and Jesus Diaz is approved, and the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on July 23, 2002.
