APPROVAL OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT
COUNTY ROAD 101 IMPROVEMENTS
3030 COUNTY ROAD 101
CITY PROJECT 9005
WHEREAS, the City Council approved by resolution 2002-073, that Bedrock Real Estate list and
sell the property at 3030 County Road 101; and
WHEREAS, a purchase agreement has been prepared between the City and Brad W. & Nicole N.
Middendorf and said purchase agreement has been signed by the buyers and it is recommended for
approval to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the listed price of $228,750 of the property is also the agreed upon purchase price; and
WHEREAS, Bedrock Real Estate reduced its selling commission from 3.9% to 1.8% on this sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the purchase agreement for the property at 3030 County
Road 101 and between the City and Brad & Nicole Middendorf is approved, and the Mayor and
City Manager are authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on July 9, 2002.
