APPROVING A FIRE LANE VARIANCE FOR CONTINENTAL PROPERTY
GROUP FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2300 BERKSHIRE LANE.

WHEREAS, Continental Property Group has requested approval of a fire lane variance
for the east side of the building located at 2300 Berkshire Lane, legally described as;
Lot I and 2, Block 3, Minneapolis Industrial Park 2"a Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request by Continental Property Group for a fire lane variance on the east side of the
building, subject to the following conditions:
I . A fire hydrant shall be placed on the east side of the building in a location approved
by the Fire Inspector.
2. Fire flow calculations for the easterly two hydrants on the site be submitted to the
fire inspector for approval.
3. Paved access walks must be provided from the parking lot to the building fire
sprinkler control valve locations on the east side exterior of the building.
4. The entire building will be protected by a City approved NFPA 13 automatic fire
sprinkler system.
5. Future additions to the building may require additional hydrants installed in approved
locations on the property.
