RESOLUTION NO. 2002-304
APPROVING AWARD OF BID FOR
MUD LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD PARK
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received on July 2, 2002 for the constriction of Mud Lake
Park; and
WHEREAS, four bids were received for said project; and
WHEREAS, the low apparent bid was submitted by Barber Constriction in the amount of
$219,410.55; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended approval of said
contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the contract for Mud Lake Park be awarded to Barber Constriction in the amount of
$219,410.55, and fiirther, that Change Order No. 1 in the deduct amount of $54,447 is
also approved with a new amended contract price of $164,963.55.
Adopted by the City Council on July 9, 2002.
