RESOLUTION NO. 2002-302
APPROVING FINAL DESIGN PLANS
COUNTY ROAD 101, STATE HIGHWAY 55 TO COUNTY ROAD 47
CITY PROJECT NO. 1026
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on October 9, 2001
approving the preliminary layout for improvements to County Road 101, the Hennepin
County Department of Public Works has prepared final plans for the constriction of
County Road 101 and has presented them to the City for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that such plans, County Project No. 9823,
are hereby approved.
Adopted by the City Council on June 25, 2002.
