RESOLUTION 2002-297
APPROVING LICENSEE NAME CHANGE FOR
OFF -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE HELD
BY VINTAGE MARKET LLC, d/b/a VINTAGE MARKET FINE WINES & SPIRITS,
4130 BERKSHIRE LANE, SUITE G
WHEREAS, the City has issued an Off -Sale Liquor License to Vintage Market LLC d/b/a Vintage
Market Fine Wines & Spirits at 4130 Berkshire Lane; and
WHEREAS, the licensee has notified the City that the corporate ownership name has changed
from Vintage Market LLC, to Hasco Holdings LLC;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council approves the corporate license change
from Vintage Market LLC to Hasco Holdings LLC, for the location licensed to sell off -sale liquor
at 4130 Berkshire Lane.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the name of the business would be Haskell's Plymouth.
Adopted by the City Council on June 25, 2002.
