RESOLUTION NO. 2002-293
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND THE POLICE
CHIEF TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
BUREAU OF CRIMINAL APPREHENSION (BCA) TO PARTICIPATE IN THE
STATE'S MRAP PROGRAM (Minnesota Repository of Arrest Photos)
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Police Department is dependent upon its photo
imaging system for the booking of its arrestees.
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Police Department has a significant investigative need
to be able to retrieve the booking information from this system.
WHEREAS, the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension requires a signed agreement
between the BCA and the City of Plymouth prior to the fiill utilization of the MRAP
system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, the City Council adopt the resolution authorizing the
City Manager and the Police Chief to enter into this agreement with the Bureau of
Criminal Apprehension.
