ACCEPT PROPOSAL FOR
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES AND
AUTHORIZE THE PREPARATION OF A
PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
2002 STREET MILL AND OVERLAY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 2028
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal dated June 13, 2002 to provide a Preliminary
Engineering Report and design and constriction engineering services for the 2002 Street
Mill and Overlay Improvements, City Project No. 2028;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City Engineer is authorized to enter into
all agreements necessary to secure the services of Howard R. Green Company for
engineering services in accordance with their proposal dated June 13, 2002 at a not to
exceed cost of $39,800 and authorize Howard R. Green Company to proceed with a
Preliminary Engineering Report for the 2002 Street Mill and Overlay Improvements, City
Project No. 2028.
