RESOLUTION NO. 2002-271
AUTHORIZING "NO PARKING" RESTRICTION ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 37TH
AVENUE BETWEEN PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD AND THE TOWNE SQUARE
APARTMENT WEST DRIVEWAY
WHEREAS, residents from the Towne Square Apartment Complex have requested "No Parking"
on the north side of 37th Avenue east of Plymouth Boulevard due to limited sight distance as
they exit their driveway; and
WHEREAS, limiting parking at this location will provide adequate pavement width for a right -
turn lane to reduce queuing and congestion during peak traffic flow times.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that it hereby, authorizes the installation of "No Parking"
signs on the north side of 37th Avenue from Plymouth Boulevard to the Towne Square
Apartments west driveway.
Adopted by the City Council on June 11, 2002.
