RESOLUTION NO. 2002-268
APPROVE PRELIMINARY DESIGN AND
AUTHORIZE THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
PEONY LANE/OLD ROCKFORD ROAD INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 2009
WHEREAS, the City wishes to proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications for the
Peony Lane/Old Rockford Road Intersection Improvements; and
WHEREAS, the City's consulting engineer has prepared a preliminary design and cost estimate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That such improvement is ordered and that SRF Consulting
Group, Inc. is authorized to proceed with plans and specifications for the Peony Lane/Old
Rockford Road Intersection Improvements, City Project No. 2009.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That fiinding in the amount of $228,100 is provided from the MSA Fund,
2. Plans and specifications be prepared for a permanent signal system and interim roadway
constriction per the Traffic Analysis Report dated May 22, 2002.
Adopted by the City Council on June 11, 2002.
