RESOLUTION NO. 2002-265
CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY CLERKS
WHEREAS, there are legal duties that are assigned to the City Clerk by statute; and
WHEREAS, in the Clerk's absence, delays are experienced in carrying out legally required duties;
and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has appointed Kurt Hoffman and Sue Gulbrand as deputy clerks to
serve in the Clerk's absence,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Council hereby confirms the appointment of Kurt
Hoffman and Sue Gulbrand as deputy clerks to serve in the absence of the City Clerk.
Adopted by the City Council on June 11, 2002.
