HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2002-262CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2002-262 APPROVING A PUD AMENDMENT TO ALLOW THREE CLASSROOMS IN A PLANNED DORMITORY BUILDING AT THE ASSOCIATION FREE LUTHERAN BIBLE COLLEGE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3120 EAST MEDICINE LAKE BOULEVARD (2002050) WHEREAS, Association Free Lutheran Bible College has requested a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment for property legally described as follows: Lot 2, Block 1, AFLS Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public hearing and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Association Free Lutheran Bible College, subject to the following findings and conditions: 1. A PUD amendment is approved to allow three classrooms in the planned dormitory building to be located in the southeast portion of the site, in accordance with the application and plans received by the City on April 24, 2002. 2. The building shall be constricted in accordance with all approved standards and conditions of the PUD general plan, except as amended by this resolution. Prior to issuance of any building permits, the applicant shall obtain separate approval of a PUD final plan for the dormitory building. The PUD final plan application for this dormitory building shall include installation of 1) the circular drive/fire lane in the east portion of the site, 2) the parking necessary for the dormitory building, 3) all remaining perimeter landscaping, 4) Resolution 2002-262 (2002050) Page 2 all remaining berming, grading, and drainage improvements including the second (and final) water quality pond.
