RESOLUTION NO. 2002-260
APPROVAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL
PLAYGROUND PLAY EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of play
equipment for Mud Lake Park Playground; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute bid specifications were prepared and distributed
and bid proposals were received and opened on May 28, 2002 for Mud Lake Park playground;
and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Minnesota Wisconsin Playground Inc. is
declared the lowest responsible bidder for play equipment for Mud Lake Park and accepts their
bid in the amount of $64,000 for Mud Lake Park Playground.
FURTHER, that fiinding is from Fund 401.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on June 11, 2002.
