PHILIP THE DEACON LUTHERAN CHURCH LOCATED SOUTH OF COUNTY ROAD 6 AND EAST OF COUNTY ROAD 101 (2001006) WHEREAS, an application has been filed by St. Philip the Deacon Lutheran Church which requests approval of a lot consolidation for three parcels of land located south of County Road 6 and east of County Road 101, as legally described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the lot consolidation is sought is as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot consolidation for St. Philip the Deacon Lutheran Church subject to the following conditions: 1. This approval is for a lot consolidation of three parcels of land located south of County Road 6 and east of County Road 101, in accordance with the application submitted to the City on January 12, 2001. 2. PARCEL B (17140 -14th Avenue South) Lot 9, Block 1, PLYMOUTH SQUARE, according to the recorded plat thereof and situated in Hennepin County, Minnesota. PARCEL C (17130 -14th Avenue South) Lot 10, Block 1, PLYMOUTH SQUARE, according to the recorded plat thereof and situated in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
