APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
MAINTENANCE FACILITY EXPANSION PROJECT

WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
Add gate to mezzanine chain link fence for fork lift use

Add irrigation not done in 1991 expansion

New fire monitoring panel to meet compliance

Wire fire and smoke dampers
$324.00
Add emergency lighting in room 106

Fire alarms in room 110

Add plates to cover exposed pre cast panels

Hand rail modification to meet building code

Signage for new rooms and room changes

WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for Maintenance Facility Expansion, City Project No.
8018, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 2 to Westra Constriction
for Maintenance Facility Expansion, City Project No. 8018, by adding $18,795.79 is
approved:
