RESOLUTION 2002-228
SUPPORTING DOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT'S APPLICATION FOR
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSE FUND GRANT
WHEREAS, Dominium Development is proposing to constrict Stone Creek Village, a 130 -unit
apartment building located at the northeast quadrant of Highway 55 and West Medicine Lake
Drive; and
WHEREAS, as part of the environmental reviews for this project, it was determined that a
petroleum-based contamination exists on the site; and
WHEREAS, the developer will be required to clean up the soil contamination within the
boundaries of the property; and
WHEREAS, the developer is seeking fiinding to assist in the clean-up of hazardous waste on the
proposed site of Stone Creek Village.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council that it supports the
environmental financial grant application submitted to the Hennepin County Department of
Environmental Services on May 1, 2002 by Dominium Development for fiinding to assist in the
clean-up of hazardous waste identified on the proposed site of Stone Creek Village.
Adopted by the City Council on May 14, 2002.
