RESOLUTION NO. 2002-223
AWARD CONTRACT
2002 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 2001
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of streets in the
2002 Street Reconstruction Project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according
to law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:
WHEREAS, it appears that Doboszenski & Sons, Inc. of Loretto, MN is the lowest
responsible bidder, complying with the minimum specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA THAT the appropriate City Officials are
hereby authorized and directed to enter into the contract for the Base Bid and Alternate
Bid B with Doboszenski & Sons Inc. of Loretto, MN in the name of the City of Plymouth
for the 2002 Street Reconstruction Project according to the plans and specifications
therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Engineer in
the amount of $1,680,415.80.
Adopted by the City Council on May 14, 2002.
