RESOLUTION NO. 2002-221
APPROVING PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD MEDIAN IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the Forestry Division will act on the Plymouth Boulevard Median Improvements,
and
WHEREAS, in accordance with City bid, specifications were proposed and distributed and bid
proposals were received and opened on May 1, 2002 and
WHEREAS, the following contractors received bid specifications, and the City received only one
bid,

AND, WHEREAS, the bid of Frattalone Excavating is in conformance with City specifications for
the project, Frattalone Excavating is therefore declared lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, award the bid to Frattalone
Excavating for the Plymouth Boulevard median improvements (medians 4 & 5) in the amount of
$195,362.50, and fiirther, approve Change Order No. 1, a contract deduct in the amount of
$20,208, for a revised contract amount of $175,154.50, and fiirther, that the Mayor and City
Manager are authorized to sign said contract and Change Order No. 1.
Adopted by the City Council on May 14, 2002.
