RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
ORDER PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
OLD ROCKFORD ROAD TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS
HOLLY LANE TO PEONY LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 2010
WHEREAS, the City has received a Feasibility Study for Old Rockford Road Trail,
Holly Lane to Peony Lane; and
WHEREAS, this report was prepared by Howard R. Green Company and presented to the
City Council at their May 14, 2002 Council meeting;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Howard R. Green Company is designated as the engineer to prepare plans
and specifications for the Old Rockford Road Trail Improvements in
accordance with the Preliminary Engineering Report using the south
alignment.
2. Funding in the amount of $172,900 comes from the Park Dedication Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on May 14, 2002.
