RESOLUTION NO. 2002-216
APPROVING SKATE PARK ACQUISITION
OF EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Skate Park is planning to have new equipment added in the year
2002; and
WHEREAS, a meeting was held with the users to discuss the type of equipment they'd like to
have; and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Parks has outlined three pieces of equipment for addition to
the park; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
Director of Parks and Recreation is hereby authorized to proceed with the acquisition and
installation of three new pieces of equipment at the Plymouth Skate Park at a cost of $15,651.03,
with fiinding to be taken from park dedication in accordance with the April 26 memo from the
Superintendent of Parks.
Adopted by the City Council on May 14, 2002.
