RESOLUTION NO. 2002-214
AMENDING THE TERMS OF OFFICE FOR THE
YOUTH ADVISORY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council adopted Resolution 98-251 establishing a Youth
Advisory Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council subsequently expanded the number of members from 7 to 11 and
amended the annual term of office to begin May 1, rather than September 1; and
WHEREAS, the Youth Advisory Council has recommended that the annual terms be amended to
begin July 1, rather than May 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA THAT Resolution 98-251 is hereby amended to
provide that the terms of office shall begin July 1, rather than May 1.
