RESOLUTION NO. 2002-211
APPROVING CITY BUILDINGS CLEANING CONTRACT
WHEREAS, City buildings require cleaning for normal operations, and
WHEREAS, these fiinds are budgeted for in the annual budget, and
WHEREAS, bids have been advertised for and received from six vendors, and,
WHEREAS, Leone's Building Service has submitted the lowest monthly bid and is an acceptable
qualified bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby authorized to
purchase from Leone's Building Service. cleaning services as per specifications for $7,356 plus
applicable taxes per month for the next 36 months beginning November 1, 2002 through October
31, 2005.
