RESOLUTION NO. 2002-175
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. I FOR THE HILDE
PERFORMANCE CENTER UTILITIES
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has a contract with CDP Contracting for the installation of
sewer and water utilities for the Hilde Performance Center; and
WHEREAS, poor soils on the project site required a modification to the constriction method;
and
WHEREAS, the work has been completed in a satisfactory manner,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that Change
Order No. 1 in the amount of $6,915 for the Hilde Performance Center utilities is hereby
approved, and fiirther that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign said Change Order
No. 1.
Adopted by the City Council on April 9, 2002.
