RESOLUTION NO. 2002-174
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
HEMLOCK LANE STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 2005
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted February 12, 2002, a report
has been prepared with respect to Hemlock Lane outlining two possible constriction
scenarios; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvement includes the reconstruction of streets by the
installation of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report is being received by the Council on April 9, 2002;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting and adjacent property
within the designated Hemlock Lane Street Reconstruction Project, for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated
total cost of $50,160 for the cul-de-sac only option or $450,120 for total
reconstruction of Hemlock Lane.
Adopted by the City Council on April 9, 2002.
