RESOLUTION NO. 2002-173
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ON AUTHORIZING
BIDS FOR PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD LANDSCAPING
WHEREAS, the City's architect has prepared final plans and specifications for the Plymouth
Boulevard landscaping project; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a budget for the project of $215,000; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said plans, specifications, and budget,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
plans and specifications for Plymouth Boulevard landscaping are hereby approved, and fiirther,
that City staff is authorized to secure sealed bids for said work in accordance with the City's
bidding policy, and further, that the fiinding for the project will come from $75,000 from project
administration fiinds and $140,000 from the community tree planting fiind.
Adopted by the City Council on April 9, 2002.
