RESOLUTION NO. 2002-166
TERMINATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AGREEMENTS
BETWEEN WESTON CORPORATION AND THE CITY
WITHIN NANTERRE
WHEREAS, a request has been accepted from John J. Berglund, representative for Edina
Development Corporation to release and terminate three special assessment agreements
relating to a future water tower on a portion of the Nanterre plat; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has amended the Comprehensive Water Plan deleting the
future water tower from the proposed site within the Nanterre plat; and
WHEREAS, it is determined by the City Council that these special assessment agreements
are no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the special assessment agreements recorded
as Document Numbers 6621470, 6508323, and 2657899 be released and terminated for all
of Nanterre.
Adopted by the City Council on April 9, 2002.
