RESOLUTION NO. 2002-159
APPROVING PAYMENT TO NADEAU CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth had a contract with Nadeau Utilities for the constriction of
West Medicine Lake restroom facilities; and
WHEREAS, on March 12, 2002, the City Council terminated said contract with Nadeau Utilities;
and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has negotiated a final settlement with Nadeau Utilities for costs
incurred on the project to date,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that upon
the signing of the All Claims document by Nadeau Utilities, the Finance Director is authorized to
make payment in the amount of $44,000 to Nadeau Utilities for said project.
Adopted by the City Council on April 9, 2002.
