RESOLUTION NO. 2002-158
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FORM FOR THE
WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT
TRENTON PONDS OFFICE (2001133)
(NWS/4 NWS/4 SEC. 36, T118N, R22W)
WHEREAS, Z.B. Companies proposes to build an office building along with the associated
infrastructure including parking, utilities, and storm water ponds; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project will involve filling less than 400 sq. ft of wetland basin;
and
WHEREAS, the filling of these wetlands is exempt from the Minnesota Wetland
Conservation Act under activities that are less than 400 sq. ft. (de minimus, 8420.0122. Subp.
9.A. (5)).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Form for the Z.B. Companies -Trenton Ponds Office.
