RESOLUTION NO. 2002-155
APPROVAL OF HERITAGE PLAYGROUND
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of play
equipment for Heritage Playground; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute bid specifications were prepared and distributed
and bid proposals were received and opened on April 1, 2002 for Heritage Playground and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
BIDDER
PURCHASE PRICE
Webber Recreational Design Inc.
$89,999.98
Flanagan Sales
$99,501.30
Earl F. Anderson, Inc.
$110,070.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Webber Recreational Design Inc. is declared
the lowest responsible bidder for play equipment for Heritage Playground and accepts their bid
in the amount of $89,999.98 for Heritage Playground.
FURTHER, that funding is from Fund 406.
Adopted by the City Council on April 9, 2002.
