HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2002-150CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2002-150 AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FORM FOR THE WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT NATHAN LANE, CITY PROJECT 1014 (NE 1/4 SEC. 13, T118N, R22W) WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth proposes to improve portions of the existing storm sewer as part of the Nathan Lane Reconstruction Project, and WHEREAS, the proposed project will involve replacement of a wetland outlet and a skimmer, which will impact less than 400 sq. ft of wetland basin., and WHEREAS, the filling of these wetlands is exempt from the Minnesota Wetland Conservation Act under activities that are less than 400 sq. ft. (de minimus, 8420.0122. Subp. 9.A. (5)). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Certificate of Exemption Form for the City of Plymouth, subject to the following condition: The submitted wetland delineation was conducted outside of the growing season. Therefore, a follow-up site visit is required in Spring of 2002, prior to any site grading, to confirm the submitted wetland delineation report.
