RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEMS
PEONY LANE AT SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD
CITY PROJECT NO. 1028
VICKSBURG LANE AT OLD ROCKFORD ROAD
CITY PROJECT NO. 1040
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the constriction of Traffic Control Signal
Systems on Peony Lane at Schmidt Lake Road and Vicksburg Lane at Old Rockford Road and
all necessary appurtenances, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Ridgedale Electric, Inc. of Long Lake, MN is the lowest responsible
bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the contract
with Ridgedale Electric, Inc. of Long Lake, MN in the name of the City of Plymouth for the
constriction of Traffic Control Signal Systems on Peony Lane at Schmidt Lake Road and
Vicksburg Lane at Old Rockford Road according to the plans and specifications therefore
approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Engineer in the amount of
$201,365.00.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the
deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next
lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
3. Funding for this project is from the MSA Fund (402).
