RESOLUTION NO. 2002 -143
AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON
NATHAN LANE BETWEEN
COUNTY ROAD 9 AND 45TH AVENUE NORTH
CITY PROJECT NO. 1014
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth will undertake the improvement of Nathan Lane
between County Road 9 and 45th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, it is a requirement of the Office of State Aid that parking be restricted on
both sides of Nathan Lane between County Road 9 and 45th Avenue North.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Director of Public Works is hereby
authorized to install "No Parking" signs on both sides Nathan Lane between County
Road 9 and 45th Avenue North.
Adopted by the City Council on March 26, 2002.
