AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON
THE EAST SIDE OF COUNTY ROAD 101 BETWEEN
COUNTY ROAD 47 AND APPROXIMATELY
4,700 FEET SOUTH OF COUNTY ROAD 47
HENNEPIN COUNTY PROJECT NO. 9823
CITY PROJECT NO. 1026
WHEREAS, Hennepin County will undertake the improvement of County Road 101
between County Road 47 and State Hwy 55; and
WHEREAS, it is a requirement of the Office of State Aid that parking be restricted on
County Road 101 within the City of Plymouth between County Road 47 and
approximately 4,700' south of County Road 47.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Director of Public Works is hereby
authorized to install "No Parking" signs on the east side of County Road 101 within the
City of Plymouth between County Road 47 and approximately 4,700' south of County
Road 47.
Adopted by the City Council on March 26, 2002.
