APPROVING AMENDMENT TO CONDITION NO. 7 OF RESOLUTION 2002-060
FOR LOUCKS ASSOCIATES (200112 1)
WHEREAS, a letter requsting an amendment to Condition No. 7 of Resolution 2002-060
has been submitted by Loucks Associates, relating to an approved lot
division/consolidation for Lots 5 and 6, Block 2, Mission View.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve an
amendment to Condition No. 7 of Resolution No. 2002-060, as follows:
7. After recording the lot division/consolidation, but prior to issuance of afly building
pefmits the certificate of occupancy, the applicant shall secure any necessary grading
permits and shall complete the grading operations for all affected parcels.
