RESOLUTION 2002-135
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF
ORDINANCE 2002-12, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 105 and 1175
OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
WHEREAS, on March 26, 2002, the Plymouth City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2002-12, an
ordinance amending Sections 105 and 1175 of the Plymouth City Code; and
WHEREAS, in lieu of publishing the entire ordinance in the City's official newspaper, State Law
permits the publication of a summary approved by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the summary of Ordinance 2002-13, which is attached to
this resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it shall and hereby does approve Summary Ordinance No.
2002- , amending Sections 105 and 1175 of the Plymouth City Code, for publication in the
City's official newspaper.
Adopted by the City Council on March 26, 2002.
SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2002-12, AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE CONCERNING
SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESSES
The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the City's ordinance relating to licensing and
regulation of sexually oriented businesses. A copy of the ordinance is available for inspection by
any person during regular office hours at the office of the City Clerk.
Adopted and approved for publication this 26th day of March, 2002, by the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota.
