RESOLUTION 2002-132
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR LOT 1, BLOCK 3 AND LOT 2, BLOCK
3, MINNEAPOLIS INDUSTRIAL PARK 2N" ADDITION, LOCATED AT 2200 AND
2300 BERKSHIRE LANE NORTH (2002015)
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Continental Property Group which requests
approval of a lot consolidation for two lots for the Berkshire Office Building, located at
2200 and 2300 Berkshire Lane North, as legally described on Attachment One, attached
hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the lot consolidation is sought is as
legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
lot consolidation for Continental Property Group, subject to the following conditions:
1. This approval is for a lot consolidation of two lots located at 2200 and 2300 Berkshire
Lane North in accordance with the plans received by the City on February 27, 2002.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 26"' day of March, 2002.
