RESOLUTION NO. 2002-128
APPROVING TERMINATION OF PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council has awarded a bid for the constriction of West Medicine Lake restroom facility
to Nadeau Utilities; and
WHEREAS, the estimated project budget was $200,000; and
WHEREAS, poor soils have driven the estimated project up to $275,000; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation is recommending that the project not be built due to higher
than expected costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to terminate the West Medicine Lake
restroom project, and fiirther, that the Finance Director will make payment on the project on all costs incurred
to date.
Adopted by the City Council on March 12, 2002.
