RESOLUTION NO. 2002-127
APPROVING ACQUISITION OF TWO DIGITAL
VIDEO RECORDERS
WHEREAS, the Wayzata School District has offered to sell two digital video recording systems to the City of
Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Ice Center Manager and the Director of Parks and Recreation have reviewed said
offer; and
WHEREAS, video recording in public spaces has shown itself to be a valuable tool in fighting crime,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to secure two digital video recorders
from the Wayzata School District in the amount of $3,000 with the Plymouth Ice Center to pay half the cost
and the Hilde Performance Center budget to absorb the second half.
Adopted by the City Council on March 12, 2002.
