RESOLUTION 2002-126
AUTHORIZING INFLATIONARY ADJUSTMENTS TO BE MADE TO
AMOUNTS IN THE CITY CHARTER
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Charter includes several references to dollar amounts; and
WHEREAS, Section 12.14 of the Charter specifies that the amounts are to be adjusted by a
qualified person selected by the city council in each year ending in zero; and
WHEREAS, the City's Financial Analyst, Mike Kohn, has determined that the amounts should be
revised for the period 1/1/93 through 12/31/00 as follows:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council that the City's Financial
Analyst is authorized to make the inflationary adjustments of amounts in the City Charter.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on March 12, 2002.
