RESOLUTION NO. 2002-123
APPROVAL OF ONE NEW CURRENT MODEL
TRACTOR LOADER BACKHOE AND HYDRAULIC HAMMER
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved in the 2002 Budget the replacement of a tractor
loader backhoe and hydraulic hammer; and
WHEREAS, the City may purchase off State contracts; and
WHEREAS, Ziegler, Inc. has a contract for this equipment; and
WHEREAS, the contract is 4 428471
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, To authorize the purchase of one new current model tractor
loader backhoe and hydraulic hammer off the state contract with Ziegler, Inc.
FURTHER, that the funding will be from 602-1760-8004 and the total cost is $98,234.54
including State sales tax.
Adopted by the City Council on March 12, 2002.
