FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING
EXEMPTION FOR THE WEST METRO CHAPTER OF THE NORTH AMERICAN
BEAR FOUNDATION
WHEREAS, notice of Lawfiil Gambling Exemption has been submitted to the City by the West
Metro Chapter of the North American Bear Foundation for a raffle to be conducted on April 25,
2002.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawfid Gambling Exemption for the West Metro Chapter of the North
American Bear Foundation for an event to be conducted at the Reserve, 3155 Empire Lane, on
April 25, 2002. The City fiirther waives the 30—day approval waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on March 12, 2002.
