HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2002-111CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2002-111 DIRECTING STAFF TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH SRF CONSULTING GROUP, INC. TO COMPLETE A STUDY OF THE COUNTY ROAD 73 CORRIDOR IN SOUTHEASTERN PLYMOUTH (2001155) WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth adopted an updated Comprehensive Plan on August 8, 2000; and WHEREAS, the updated Comprehensive Plan contained five study areas, including those areas referred to as "Study Area A" and "Study Area B" located in the southeastern portion of the City; and WHEREAS, the City is seeking consultant assistance to prepare a planning study for these two study areas, now referred to as the County Road 73 Corridor; and WHEREAS, SRF Consulting Group, Inc. in association with Dahlgren, Shardlow and Uban, Inc. has submitted a superior proposal and project team to complete the study. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct staff to enter into a contract with SRF Consulting Group, Inc. to conduct a study of the County Road 73 Corridor at a cost not to exceed $75,000.
