HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2002-102CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2002-102 APPROVING AN INTERIM HOME OCCUPATION LICENSE FOR RICHARD AND NANCY DECAMP FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 17945 -24th AVENUE NORTH (2001147) WHEREAS, Richard and Nancy DeCamp have requested an interim home occupation license to operate a photography studio in their home at 17945 -24th Avenue North, legally described as follows: Lot 6, Block 1, Imperial Hills, 6t1' Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public meeting and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Richard and Nancy DeCamp for an interim home occupation license at 17945 -24th Avenue North, subject to the following conditions: The interim home occupation license is approved for a photography studio in accordance with the application and plans received by the City on November 30, 2001 except as amended by this resolution. 2. Compliance with Section 21145 of the Zoning Ordinance, relating to Home Occupations. The interim home occupation license is valid for one year from the date of approval. The applicant may apply to the Zoning Administrator for renewal of the interim home occupation prior to expiration of the license.
