RESOLUTION NO. 2002-098
APPROVING ON -SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR MARGARET SHOK-CHID LIAO D/B/A JOY LUCK WOK,
101006 TH AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license from Margaret
Shok-Chiu Liao d/b/a Joy Luck Wok, 10100 6'h Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has provided all required insurance certificates and will pay all fees; and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department resulted in no
recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to deny the license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an on -sale
3.2 malt liquor license is hereby approved for Margaret Shok-Chiu Liao d/b/a Joy Luck Wok, 10100
6"' Avenue North. The on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license is issued for a period through January 31, 2003.
Approved by the City Council on February 26, 2002.
