FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
FOR ZACHARY LANE ELEMENTARY PTA
WHEREAS, notice of Lawfiil Gambling Exemption have been submitted to the City by Zachary
Lane Elementary School PTA for a raffle and bingo to be conducted at Plymouth Middle School,
10011 36th Avenue North, on May 5, 2001.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawfi l Gambling Exemption for Zachary Lane Elementary PTA for an
event at Plymouth Middle School, 10011 36th Avenue North, on April 19-20, 2002. The City
fi rther waives the 30—day approval waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on February 26, 2002.
