FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
FOR PILGRIM LANE ELEMENTARY PTO
WHEREAS, notice of Lawfiil Gambling Exemption has been submitted to the City by Pilgrim
Lane Elementary PTO for a raffle and bingo to be conducted on April 19, 2002;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawfi l Gambling Exemption for Pilgrim Lane Elementary PTO for an
event to be conducted at Pilgrim Lane Elementary, 3725 Pilgrim Lane, on April 19, 2002. The
City fiirther waives the 30 -day approval waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on February 26, 2002.
