RESOLUTION NO. 2002-082
APPROVAL OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT
CITY -OWNED PROPERTY AT 17915 COUNTY ROAD 24
COUNTY ROAD 101 IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 9005
WHEREAS, the City has approved preliminary plans for the reconstruction of County Road
101 between Highway 55 and 30th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City has also approved a process to purchase up to eight single family
homes impacted by the project if the current owners request sale to the City; and
WHEREAS, a purchase agreement has been prepared between the City and the property
owner and said purchase agreement has been signed by the property owner and it is
recommended for approval to the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the purchase agreement between the City and
the property owner at 17915 County Road 24 is approved and the Mayor and City Manager
are authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the City.
